Always consult a qualified healthcare professional before beginning any fitness or nutrition programme, particularly if you have any medical conditions. Wylde Self is not responsible for any injury, illness, or adverse outcome resulting from use of the Service.
The Service uses artificial intelligence to generate personalised fitness programmes, nutrition plans, and other content. AI-generated content is provided for informational purposes and may not always be accurate, complete, or appropriate for your individual circumstances. You are responsible for evaluating AI-generated recommendations before acting on them.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. We do not warrant that results obtained from use of the Service will be accurate or reliable.
